My name is Cindy Birge and I am Broker/Owner of Elite Realty in Chipley, Florida. I have two adult children and I am married to the love of my life. I am proud to live and work in Washington County. As a hometown girl, I am passionate about the growth and development of our community. I have worked in Real Estate for over twenty years and I am glad that I have the opportunity to “sell” my customers the lifestyle of our area. I serve on several committees within the real estate industry at the state, local, and national level. I am also an active member of my church and serve on its board.
Philip Horvath

Philip Horvath was born and raised in Live Oak, Florida is the second of Glenn and Cindy Horvath’s four children. He moved to the Panhandle to attend the Baptist College of Florida in Graceville and received his B.A. in Missions. Thereafter, Philip traveled extensively around the as a missionary and worked on an angus cattle farms. He credits this time with further developing his hard work ethic and his joy in serving others.
In 2015, he began working for Rivertown Community Church as a Children’s Ministry Director and became Campus Pastor in 2018.
He is married to Jordan Horvath, Chipley native and social worker for Holmes District Schools. They have two children: Boaz & Piper Joy. Philip enjoys spending time with his family & friends, traveling, scuba diving, grilling meats, and being outdoors. He also remains active in the cattle community and works with various ranchers and farmers in the area.Tracy Andrews

Tracy Andrews is a graduate of Chipola College with an Associate of Arts degree and Florida A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Tracy has worked for Florida Power & Light Company for 33 years of outstanding service in various departments and presently is the External Affairs Manager. In her current leadership position, her duties for Washington, Holmes, Calhoun, Jackson and Gadsden counties encompass growing, serving and supporting the community. She is also responsible for coordinating external outreach for solar energy centers. Tracy actively serves in several business and community organizations within the region. . Also, she serves as the Mayor for the City of Chipley.
Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones has served as an advocate, administrator, and programmer in the arts and culture industry for 20 years. As executive director of Bay Arts Alliance, she led the organization in the management and programming of a 2,500-seat performing arts center as well as a visual arts facility with multiple exhibit and educational spaces. With audiences reaching approximately 100,000 annually, she was instrumental in the coalescence of Bay County, Florida’s cultural constituency. She is a graduate of Florida State University’s School of Music and alumni of the Disney Institute and Universität Lüneburg, Goethe Institute Arts Management and Leadership Programs, and the very proud mother of Maggie Jones, theatre tech major and former Disney-cast member.
Brandon Lovering

Brandon Lovering is the Senior Vice President and Market President for One Florida Bank in Chipley. He is from Damascus, Ga. He has been in banking since 2006 and lived in Chipley since 2015. He is married to the former Ashley Roberts of Chipley. They have 3 children.
Brandon has been involved in community service since college. He has been a member of Rotary Clubs in Georgia and Dothan, Al., as well as Kiwanis in Dothan and Chipley. He is a former Kiwanian of the year in Chipley. Brandon has served on the executive board of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, recently completing his presidential term. He was also instrumental in bringing LEAD Washington County to the Chamber. He is the current chairman of the Economic Development Council. Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, Atlanta Braves baseball, and supporting Florida State University athletics.Amy Wiwi

Amy Wiwi has worked at Metric Engineering, Inc. for 22 years and currently serves as a Vice President and North Florida Planning Director. After finishing her graduate studies in engineering at the University of Florida, she made the decision to move back to this area to be close to her family. Within a short time after returning, she began volunteering in the community and has served many years on the Chipley Redevelopment Area Board, the Chamber of Commerce Board, and as a volunteer for the local United Way Chapter. Ms. Wiwi’s background in planning and engineering have proven to be beneficial as she has worked to assist the Chamber in future and regional planning challenges to ensure Washington County’s prosperity for future generations.

Wayland Fulford is the Senior Vice President and CLO at Community South Credit Union. Originally from Hartford, Alabama- Wayland graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has spent over 30 years in Banking. Wayland and his wife Connie live in Washington County and enjoy outdoor activities, community service, college football and spending time with family and friends.

Kristin Martin is the Vice President of Southpoint Contracting and Sage Brand Studio, both located in downtown Chipley. She is married to Blake Martin, and they share one daughter, Lauren.
She is the founder of Project Downtown Chipley which hosts the Downtown Fall Block Party and monthly Thursday Night Lights, current President of Chipley Woman’s Club, and an active member of the Washington County Historical Society and Chipley Garden Club.

A graduate of Chipley High School and Chipola College with an Associate of Science degree, she has dedicated over 30 years to serving her community as the Operations Manager at Cooper Funeral Home, supporting Washington County as well as the surrounding areas of Jackson, Holmes, and Bay. In addition to her long-standing career in funeral home operations, Rasheida has also been actively involved in the childcare and education system for more than 17 years, reflecting her deep commitment to community service and the well-being of local families.
